Emergency Care

If you or someone in your family has a dental problem requiring immediate attention, we will always arrange to see you sometime during that same day. We are proud of our ability to respond quickly to urgent situations. In fact, if there is no other way to solve the problem, we will make arrangements to see you even when the office is technically closed.

After hours, emergency phone numbers and instructions are available on the office answering machine at 440 349-1400, Option 2, and there will always be a doctor on call to handle your problem. (For security reasons we have purposely left those numbers off our website).

In an emergency, our front desk staff are trained to ask a series of questions designed to help us to be properly prepared for your arrival. We are aware that at times this process can be frustrating, however, the questions are important, and we ask that you be patient.

Information about specific common emergencies are provided in the menu along the left hand side of this form. In some cases they may help you to administer first aid for yourself or a family member however they are not meant to deter you from calling our emergency numbers and talking directly with a doctor.
